Buying 

To select items to buy browse the store via the categories, everything is organised into sections (some in more than one) to make it easier to locate what you are looking for. A search function is also available. Once you've picked out your items you can check your basket or directly to checkout.



If you cannot find what you are looking for, an item is out of stock, you want smaller quantities or would like to organise ordering some samples please feel free to get in touch via the contact us page.



Payment Options
When you proceed to checkout you will be able to go through to paypal and log in to make the payment and confirm your order. 
 

If you wish to order some samples or an item not featured payment can be discussed while that is arranged but paypal is the preferred option.

 

We maybe be able to take alternate payment methods, please email with details of them items you require to discuss the sending of an invoice.

Shipping 

​Shipping costs are in predefined value based price bands, chosen to be as low as possible while allowing for the order weight.

 

We now offer a flat rate shipping for all but heavy orders of just £3.50 for a fully tracked courier service. Should you wish for an order to be sent with Royal Mail instead please email to discuss this. Orders will be packed and booked for collection by the courier the next day as quickly as possible, once with the courier they should be delivered within five working days. The option of a safe place can be provided for the courier should you be out, this must be secure and a short message to allow for the maximum character limit on the label.

 

IF YOU REQUIRE AN ITEM URGENTLY:

Please get in touch to discuss the possiblity of sending via Royal Mail's next day service. This service is expensive and will be at the customer's own cost as with all order shipping. We will do our best to work to your needs and ensure that you can get your orders in the time needed. Please be aware the courier shipping has an average of up to five working days delivery.
